We were out bouncing around town at some of our favorite spots and felt like a smoothie would make for a perfect cap for the day. We found Equilibre. A very cool place to hang out inside or out on the covered terrace. We really enjoyed the smoothies. It was very fresh and delicious and best of all it came with a mongo straw. So many places use the standard straw and you struggle to enjoy the smoothie without popping your ears. This is a great place to put on your map and frequent. Forget Starbucks and shop at the mom and pop shops!!

Absolute must visit. Little shop with a nice outside seating area. Food is delicious. I had the chicken salad in a wrap. Was expecting a slice of chicken, got pulled chicken mixed with a sauce instead. Amazing. Delicious. We were also offered a pitcher of iced water with the food for no added cost. Staff very helpful and friendly Great place to visit :)

Food is delicious! Smoothies are great! Loved the outdoor seating that was covered in shade and plants. Great option for grabbing breakfast here after after a morning workout. Vegetarian friendly!

I’ve been to Equilibre a few times now, meeting up with family, fellow notaries, and wedding officiants—and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots for healthy eating without sacrificing flavor. This family-owned gem is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The indoor space is small and charming, while the outdoor seating is shaded, peaceful, and feels like a little hidden retreat. I’ve tried their smoothies, juices, acai bowls, quiche, and banana bread—and everything has been consistently fresh, delicious, and nourishing. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a place to catch up with friends, or a quiet moment to yourself, Equilibre is a perfect choice. Highly recommend for anyone who loves clean eating in a calm, welcoming atmosphere!

I had a nice little breakfast date with the wife at this boutique restaurant! They sell smoothies, acai bowls, juice blends, and other healthy options! The owner and the employees were so welcoming and kind! The food was exquisite! It's definitely my kind of vibe!

I work in downtown but never had breakfast in downtown before till I found this hidden gem . Equilibre has by far the healthiest tasty #breakfast in downtown Orlando . We got their tuna sandwich and avocado toast and both were amazing . The service is amazing and the atmosphere takes you out of Orlando . Prices are very reasonable too

The owner was very sweet she made sure we had the best service and double checked the orders. She even sang Happy birthday in Portuguese for my lil cousin. The ambiance is so homey and cozy. I love the plants and the colors and outside seating as well as the seats near the windows. The ingredients are fresh, quality, colorful and delicious. Each dish was plated with so much thought into the textures, colors and flavors. I loved the vegan triple sandwich, my cousin enjoyed her Chicken wrap and we loved the fruit smoothies La vida loca tropical and tropical mix were both amazing and so refreshing. Very family like feel to the restaurant and very personalized service. So sweet and caring.
